The movies they produce sometimes to warn people about drinking are pretty amusing at times. Some guy has a few beers to many at a party and suddenly he's an alcoholic beating everybody up who gets in his way. If that were the case hell I must be a real bad alcoholic by now (ok I don't beat up people might be the reason I'm not one). ;o)

See what beats me is why does it have to be spirits right from the beginning? Beer can make you pretty sick and wasted and you'll regret it the next day so why the need for spirits?

IMHO spirits are the real danger. Hell even I couldn't remember parts of the night when I drank a few Sambuca's after having quite a few beers. That stuff is the real killer and I agree on changing the way people are introduced to drinking in the US as currently it just creates two extremes. Those that drink and those that drink till they drop.

Still not sure about the beer in the US though haven't found any yet! ;o)
