Hornets From Hell by Naruki 2006-11-19 12:55:59
Some of you may know about the giant hornets in Japan. Every year, dozens of people die from their stings.

But did you know that a tiny little task force of about 30 hornets can wipe out an entire honey bee hive? At 1000 to 1 odds, no less.

This is the stuff of nightmares - mine, certainly. And now I'd like to share. The link is to a video of them attacking a honey bee nest. Click, if you dare.

Now, if only we could get them to fight in Iraq...
