First off did you read my answers to your post yesterday regarding what sensor is what? With your pics you've answered my question about what your cooling setup is at least.

Now as for speedfan, the flames and arrows mean nothing at this point - don't worry about them. Basically when configuring speedfan you set a point that you consider to be high, if the value goes over that it shows a flame. So you could have amazing cooling, be running at 25C, set the monitor for 20C and still see a flame.

Now I'm going to echo everyone else's suggestions to get some space around that processor it's practically buried. Fold up the excess IDE cable and try and get it out of the way. As for the power cabling, your board has a truly crappy position for the power connector. The best you can hope to do is cut that zip tie on the rail there and only run the power supply connector for the board and one of the molex connectors for the fan down there - move the rest up out of the way if they aren't being used.

Fan suggestions: You don't have a lot of room in there... The only thing I can see fitting is a slot fan, you might be able to fit a 40mm fan on the back of the case above the I/O shield but I don't think it would make enough of a dent to be worth it. You don't appear to have any intake fans so you don't have much in the way of airflow - you're best bet is to pull as much hot air out of there as possible. You could also try replacing the fan on the heatsink with something with a little more power behind it. Someone mentioned you can't switch the heatsink since it's hardwired to the board, which sucks but there's screws visible on the fan so you should be able to at least replace that.
