Ummmm... How to say this politely... Clean up that mess of wires! Use some twist ties or zip ties to bundle the power cabling together and out of the way. Also, try to tuck the ide ribbon away from the cpu. That is somewhat inhibiting your front fan. Perhaps lowering the hd down one slot to allow the heat to dissipate before hitting the floppy cage? These are fairly easy (and cheap!) things to try. If you want slightly more hard core solutions, look for "heatsink lapping." Or pester me tomorrow to explain in detail. That would also mandate new thermal interface material (TIM) like artic silver... J
