just try what was said above and in other main post.
Hopefully you'll be on your way to a healthy cpu temprature.

And yes one or 2 more case fans placed the right way in the right place can make a differance.
I had problems with a banshee video card and when i put a case fan on top of it forcing cool air over it my computer played nice.

so their is hope.
