1) Get rid of that white plastic air duct. It's not even in the right place for what it's intended to do, and it will open up more space for airflow. 2) Get all those wires/IDE cables/power cables away from around the processor heatsink/fan! Those do nothing but constrict the airflow around it. 3) You may want to think about a better HSF for the processor - that one looks kinda puny.
