especially non-chain stores should have slot coolers. The HDD coolers may be a little harder to find, but shouldn't be way to difficult. I bought the slot cooler here the HDD coolers may need to be ordered if you don't happen accross them. All the removable driver bays I've ever bought had a fan built in, but I consider those a joke, especially how quickly they go out. I usually pull the cords on those just because of the noise.
