I see plenty of heat producing devices, but how many fans do you have? What is the internal case temp/cpu temp/gpu temp? This is probably what's killing you. That onboard vid card is NOT going to have a decent cooling sink/fan. My advice is to try a normal agp vid card with a decent cooling system. You can get decent ones for less than or $100. newegg.com is your friend... J
