The reason I'm p*ssed at mine ATM is that I just found out that it's retroverted (bent backwards), which, while normally harmless, is not harmless in my case and has given me a number of embarassing and difficult to diagnose bowel/bladder problems over the past three years.
I'm sick of this organ that I'm never going to use and that brings me nothing but inconvenience, embarassment (if for some reason you enjoy embarassing situations, try wetting your pants in a highschool class sometime :-/), and pain. And, since doctors like to play god and make patients' decisions for them, I probably won't even be allowed to get rid of it, "in case I change my mind and want children later".
