B is annoying but not too bad in the first day or two, when it's heaviest for me, and I never want to do the things that lead to C, so A is the worst part of my periods. When I remember to take menstrual-relief pills, the pain usually goes away in an hour or so, but it always comes back after another three or four hours. Cramps are why I HATE having periods.
