I understand the possessive feeling one has towards a creation one has labored on. Those are certainly not the only threads you aren't supposed to take over. Kickstart has chided people for doing the QOTD thread, and gods help you if you try to open Illiways without permission.

But I also understand that a lot of people don't realize that those threads are "proprietary". And there's no reason they should, unless they've seen the discussions on them.

One alternative for this situation is if anyone has something to sell and the Bazaar isn't open yet, he should just start his own thread. If someone complains, then LART them.
