... that only the user knows his/her own password. I think I'll make an exception in this case and note his password so that next time it happens I can more clearly point out the problem.

The reason this annoys me so much is that it's not as simple as just resetting a password. He keeps sending out word throughout the mission that "the computer doesn't work anymore", making me look bad. Furthermore, he just tells his entire team that they can't do their jobs anymore because "the computer doesn't work". It's really getting annoying.
