Denon receivers are just about the best you can get. The model he's offering is almost ten years old, however, and is a stereo receiver - not a surround sound model. It's also a 65W model - that's pretty weak.
But to run those Klipsch speakers, that's about enough. Klipsch is (to me, anyway) the best name in speakers. These are very wee - they're about 8x10. Bookshelf-sized, in other words. These also aren't fit for home theater, but would work well in a study or somesuch.
The CD player is probably also a very good one. Yamaha is a good brand for audio.
I'd say go for it, if you're not planning on hooking it up for watching movies. |
