No, I do agree with the Geneva Convention but I still think they have a right to fight this war the best way they can. As for the convention applying to Iraq? "According to Article 1, all signatory nations of the Geneva Convention bear a collective responsibility to ensure that fellow nation signees respect the convention," Did Iraq sign? (I really don't know this and can't find a list of signees) If they did sign, due to the changes and the battles for power going on within Iraq, can you say that geneva convention applies to the group?
