Like the section where there is a board with bricks on one end, and a deep pit under the other, which you can use to jump to a little area with painkillers. Dislodge the bricks and you can't get there. Or the end battle. Or knocking people down with doors. Or bursting through weak walls in slow motion. Or setting traps with explosive barrels by rolling them to chokepoints. Or various cool bits I've since forgotten. (However, ramming docks with boats sounds damn cool. That didn't work in the demo I tried - the dock was rock solid.)
