Notice they are all very commonly used verbs. The more used a word is, the more change it undergoes; that's why the most used ones tend to be irregular. Now, what if a final -o in Spanish is slowly progressing to an -oy? Most sound changes start in only a few words and then slowly spread to all the words where the change is applicable. Hmm. Interesting, yet again.
