I work at a major university, and last semester a very nice girl, ESL, was caught plagiarizing. She copied her friends' assignments word for word - errors and all. A closer examination showed a group of friends had done this. They all got busted, but this one girl who was the worst (they started looking at her old assignments and high school marks) has parents of this sort. They got a lawyer and next thing you know they're trying to sue the university for enforcing its rules!
