They said to fax them something, so hopefully I can get to a fax machine this evening. Thanks for the suggestion. My parents can't afford it because they've been stupid with their money. And because they spent all the money they were supposed to be saving towards my college trying to cover up that they've been stupid with their money. I did look into legal independance... it's a big mess, getting the courts involved, and losing health insurance and whatnot. Plus, it probably won't affect anything as I'm under 24, and even 18-24 year olds (who are independant) are expected to ask their families for money.
