actually - if you looked, you could probably find this "shot" of many US Presidents - they all tend to make that ceremonial "wave" from the top of the steps on Air Force One... but a GOOD photographer knows when to anticipate, and when to take the shot. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean I don't appriciate it in this instance... I do, I do.... heh! ;-)
