1 per minute - legible (seems like I ALWAYS try to stuff to much info on a slide and get the "I couldn't read it" complaint) put "header" type outline stuff on the slides, put the rest in the handout... leave 10-15 minutes for discussion - you'll be surprised how many engineers ~~don't have a clue~~ need a refresher... GOOD LUCK!
