-Active Directory Users and Computers -Create a group for Administrators (probally as a sub of your Users group) -Move all Administrators to that group -Right Click on the Created group -Click the Group Policy Tab -Click Edit -Browse to Computer Configuration, Windows Settings, Security Settings, Account Policies, Password Policies, and set what you like and all the settings are there.
