was a part time job at WSU. She walked up to the counter and said that the computer was not powering up. I walked into the computer room and pressed the power button on the computer. "Oh, you have to press that one too?" was the response. One of my favorites from that lab was "can you make it print faster?" In reference to a HP laserjet printing out 200+ pages of text in an 8pt. font. I was sooooo tempted to delete his print job from the queue. "There, I re-routed the rest to our /dev/null printer on the fifth floor."
