One day I had her reboot the machine. Walked her thru it on remote control, because it's a little complex. I'm sitting there waiting for her to turn it back on and she's taking forever. I finally ask if it has shut down yet. She says, "No, the little light's still blinking." I had to hang up, yell at the wall about people who don't know monitors from CPU's and then call back. I wasn't in a very good mood that day...
