It's ok now... I think you did the best thing anyone could do for your Grandad. just having someone there that he trusted and who loved him allowed him that release. I think your right that he needed to breakdown. It's never a nice thing to see, those we look up to in breakdown and I'm not surprised you feel Sh*tty. The best advice I can give you is to talk to someone you trust. Talking about it takes some of the darkness out of it each time.

But don't worry. Sometimes people have to touch the bottom before they can start the climb back up.
