Question of the Day! by kickstart2006-11-19 12:26:49
Well on a more serious note by Spisefisken2004-04-05 00:46:03
    I agree, but... by NuclearWinter 2004-04-05 00:52:58
If you state that everyone that can make a conscious decision can vote, that begins to delve into the realm of "Where does adulthood begin?" Just as there are arguments in the US about 18 year olds being allowed to die for their country but yet can't buy alcohol, so might there be arguments that if a 16 year old can make decisions for a country, they should be able to make decisions for themselves and therefore be allowed to smoke/drink if they wish. What are your views in that instance?
