Question of the Day! by kickstart2006-11-19 12:26:49
  hmmm by Celticess2004-04-05 00:24:37
    Legalize prostitution?! by bassplayer2004-04-05 00:27:30
well it is legal already here except by Celticess 2004-04-05 00:39:39
them going after jons isn't... and the fact that pimps can hurt them and do all sorts of bad stuff... I ment leaglize it similar to Nevada or Amsterdam. As it is afik girls here do pay taxes and stuff on their income. But they don't have health plans and they are wide open to abuse. Legalizing "houses" would give them a safe enviro and they could have formalized health plans they pay into. They'd be regulated so the people wouldn't be abused and if people wanted to leave the lifestyle there would be transition services and such. Right now alot of the ones in the business are callgirls(safer) or streetwalkers(unsafe and often end up drug addicted or just trying to survive)... The way to end pimps and deal with the other issues they face is to help gradually cure the issues by giving them safe havens to do what they do and such... and yes some men and women do like being escorts... not all are in it because someone forced them or drugs. One of my brothers ex gf was a ex callgirl. She did it for the money and because she liked the work.(she had no drug problems or anything like that and she did declaire her income and pay her taxes)
