considered having a little "Hanna has left us" type ceremony - for some (but not necessarily all) kids, it seems to help them by giving them something "concrete" to do when dealing with a very real, yet very abstract concept - dunno, but you might give it some thought. It also seems to help us "big" kids by celebrating the memory of our loved ones (of all species) while accepting their passing and allowing us to grieve... again, please accept my condolences. I'm leaving for the day (again) but feel free to drop a line in my diary anytime you so desire.
