I can sympathize totally too... it just plain sucks! We have some friends in Alberta who recently bought a house, and they are in bliss right now. They keep talking about how they don't have noisy neighbours banging on the walls and floor at night, and how they can turn up the TV or stereo as loud as they want. And when they need something fixed, they fix it. I'm so jealous.
