Of course you can do teamspeak while you're actually on a team. That's what people expect, so twitching bodies get fragged (also to prevent them being revived).

"Spawn Protection" is impossible for the enemy team to consider. It's all or nothing. If you are in your spawn, we have to avoid killing you (unless you shoot at us from it). Period.

And the beach points are in water. People can tread water easily. However, they are also so close to the shore that it's hard to avoid spawn killing if you arty the shoreline.
