I can, and also do, those actions while dead, from the limbo map.

I would call it passive action at best.

I've been known to stand at the far spawn point on the beach, and just wait, if I know a covie is going for a uniform. I do get shot there on occasion, but it takes a minute. Also, somehow, been panzered from that distance. I can't even seem to snipe that far with the sniper rifle, yet. But i think it has something to do with the bino's.

I could also be waiting while dead I guess, and will just do that if sombody makes a rule saying that nither camp, can camp, in any spawn, unless it is objective.
