the coincidence, is true. The problem is if he stays there. I wouldn't recognize if it were the same guy or someone different, since we can't see enemy names. Unless they didn't move at all, I'd assume they had just spawned. And I wouldn't fire on them until they fired first.

But you're right - air strikes right outside spawn are bad. If the Axis were cheating, Shane should have just called a halt until it got sorted out. Of course, I have done that with varying levels of success. ;-)

In fact, I'm still not certain of two things on the Gold Rush map. The first is the thing I complained about but was ignored, it happened again, so I complained again and was ignored, so I started raising holy heck until someone else complained about the 2nd thing (go figure).

1st Thing: in the tank's starting position on that map, DNB had declared that a No Arty Zone a long time ago. And yet people have been doing that several times recently. Have we lifted that rule, or was I just screwed because I was Axis again?

2nd Thing: _why_ is planting dynamite behind the pillar at the first tank barrier illegal? It's not impossible to defuse. It's actually easier to get to, usually. So what is the big deal other than the indicator doesn't light up?
