Let's improve the analogy a bit, shall we?
Before asking buddha that question, first get him a team of advisers to review the tapes of his many statements and remind him what he actually said and how to spin it, since obviously buddha is too dumb to remember something he said about GOING TO WAR. It's so mundane a topic that it's perfectly understandable that he'd forget he lied to Congress.
Now, after all that is done, _then_ ask him what he said back then about going to war. If he _actually_ lies about what he said back then, you have my blessing to call him a liar. ;-) |
