because certain factors of the human psyche tend to form groupings and couples of simmilar social levels. THis means as long as there continue to be seperations between the social groups there will always be people outside of any atempt to merge racial dffereances. Thus the devisions are self propigating and it has to be forced. (I do devils advocate rather well)
