If you have respectable linkage, it'd be nice to find out _why_ he voted the way he did. From the little that I do know, however, the 2nd Bush regime lied outright to Congress, scaring them into thinking Saddam posed an immediate threat. That would make even a peace-loving patriot think twice about going to war.
