    Isn't EXOR like rot13 in that by warfreak2 2004-03-17 13:32:39
the encryption method is the same as the decryption method? example:
01000001 <-- text to be encrypted
10110001 <-- exor against this
11110000 <-- output from first exor
10110001 <-- exor against this again
01000001 <-- what you started with!
