Yes, I claim Allies were spawn camping last night. Shane chucked an airstrike marker in front of the spawn. We told him not to, because that's not cool, and he ceased. I'm cool with that.
Now I'm a smidgen angry about your allegations of *me* "standing still in [Allies] spawn for over a minute...". There's several things wrong with that statement. First off, it's rather hard to stand still in the spawn for over a minute and then kill someone who's just spawned because:
(a) Allies spawn in 15s on that map, thus probability is someone spawns within 45s of enemy arrival in the spawn
(b) Just-spawned players have five seconds of invulnerability; a putative spawn-killer would have to follow them out for five seconds or so before firing
Now there's one more good reason I doubt your statement, which is: When I'm playing forward on Oasis, I *NEVER* go past the wall unless I'm planting dynamite on the water pump or running for health/ammo. When I'm doing one of these things, I wait to be fired upon before firing, SPECIFICALLY to avoid allegations of spawn-camping (I seem to remember we've agreed you're free to fire once you've been engaged).
Now, if it's wrong to kill people who've crossed the wall, tell me, and I'll cut it out and apologize. But until I see an official taboo ruling on that by an admin, I'll keep it up, and I'll thank you not to accuse me of spawn-camping.
One more thing: If you're worried about team balance, say something! The team in whose favor the balance is will often not notice the imbalance until someone yells at them.
