is some gunpowder and a strong chair. 'Course this doesn't guarentee you'll get back in one piece, but at least you'll see space. ;) If you want to go the safe way (well, safer that the gunpowder bit) you could shell out $20,000,000 for the ride and $2,000 for the training with the Russian Space agency. Of course with the views Russia has taken in the past towards human safety, it might not be such a good idea...
