I have a lot of friends that are Christian, and are not the right-wing, evil, hate mongering, rabid bible-belters that many on this board seem to think that all Christians are. In fact, my brother is engaged to a Catholic woman, and my family gets along fabulously with hers. Remember Christian!=Pat Robertson. I am saying this as a Jew: There is nothing wrong with Christianity. Only with the way in which some people choose to pursue it. This country WAS founded on Christian principles. One of those principles is tolerance. It may have been lacking for several centuries, but that is one of the origional principles of Christianity.
