"Good and Evil"... really something we can apply.
Take the late war in Iraq (up to the fall of Baghdad, say, to avoid complications due to the whole "resistance" thing)
On one side, we have a Dictator who faked electoral victory and treats his people brutally.
And on the other, we have a President whose electoral victory came only after recounting, and is commonly regarded (in some quarters at least (BACK TROLL! BACK!)) as a bit dubious, and allows the arrest and indefinate holding without trial of anyone his people say might be terrorists, without evidence being presented to anyone.
Oh, yeah, really clear-cut Good verses Evil, isn't it.

The above does not indicate that I think Saddam (sp?) wasn't a brutal dictator, just that "Good verses Evil" labels are a bit childish in this context.
