Where they make light of a tragedy; for example, A British MP, Ann(e?) Winterton made a terrible joke about sharks wanting a Chinese soon after the deaths by drowning of some Chinese migrant workers in England. Moreover, the details of the joke referred to the tragedy; it was an integral part of the punchline.

Sadly, this sort of thing is anything but uncommon.
