Would you believe that it was easier to find GIF files of each character in both alphabets than it was to find the fonts? ;)
I was looking for the fonts for the better part of an hour, and then I turned up on a website that happened to have both alphabets in a lovely zip file. So I guess I'm going to go with GIFs. heh I'll have a basically working program up on my website by the (end of the) weekend. Sooner if the SO doesn't want to call me on saying that we could go look at kittens tomorrow. =p
Anyway, I just need to do a bit of renaming, since the katakana files just have "k_" in front of the name, which really doesn't look too nice I think. Once I've done that, I'll port them into my proggy and voila. Half a tutor.
Also, note that I'm posting this here AND in my diary so you don't pester me for all eternity. ;) |
