Back to this article. First the style is political rant at its "finest". Bleah! Second, it makes quite a few references to Nazi Germany and appeasement which just do not apply. Interestingly enough, after that tirade, the author then SAYS they do not apply, giving me the distinct impression that he's firing blind...
DR66, you have always tended toward the extreme in these debates, but usually kept yourself under control and not gotten rabid about it. Frankly, you're crossing the line. Is it Kickstart's goading? (**glares at Kickstart**) Between the two of you, it's like crossing a minefield here lately.
Illiad, PLEASE get Aspectus back as soon as you can! Then at least we can try to get some of this sniping relocated. I've been accused of wanting the board to be "Adiplomat's Playhouse". (Thank you EVER so much, BloodyViking!) I really don't, but we get on a roll of this stuff, and then without an outlet those of us who tend to rant crowd out the ones who want to discuss.
