Ok, I've narrowed it down a bit	by Control	2004-03-17 06:53:42
The GPS isn't the problem. All it does is parse plain ascii to whatever's listening. The problem is that it's used to doing this via serial port. In order for it to work with USB, it needs something called PL2303 (serial to USB converter thingie). As if seems, this PL2303 is whats causing the problem. Now if someone could push me in the right direction for PL2303 problems with suse 9.0, I'd be quite grateful, as Google isn't really heling me today.
