Someone MUST ask that: WHAT is your main occupation, around midnight "UF time" ?
For me, this whole "Illiad, where is MY dayly comic" is just like spoiled children, for oNCE missing their favorite toy.
Hey guys, the "it is back" postings have board times below 00:30.
So my question is:
BESIDES waiting for the new comic to show up, WHAT are my fellow UFies doing around "roll-over time" ?
My personal answer:
living here, roll-over time just happens to be about the earliest moment to arrive in the office: i NEVER saw rollovers happen, because i normally do other things first.
( Today i must have been quite early to open up FireFox for it )
Normally i come in, sort out leftover paperwork, look for coffee -no, not needed any more: it's served right at the desk: this is the luxury part of my job, AND that UF isn't cut off by FW policies.
Next thing: check mail, decide which problem/project goes first today ...
Looking for UF comes later, except when i am having a "bad start" or when i just cannot decide to give in to what pays the house, clothes, food ... and maybe another car |
