someone makes a vote form with peoples names on it and applicable things that need ticked(like vote count in the case of things like how the voting was done for the story thing). Then they can click preview then submit once their sure. They and everyone else will not see results til polling deadline has ended then they get tallied and perhaps a script could feed it to a graph.
