For the Linux console version, how do I make it run in the background? Running "FAH4Console-Linux.exe &" seems to work OK until I try to end the SSH session, at which point the SSH session hangs and I have to kill it manually; Running "nohup FAH4Console-Linux.exe &" seems to work OK, but in either case it will run for a while, then give a message in the FAHlog.txt file about a "core-client connection error" and stop doing much of anything.
