My father's company has been working on a huge project in Houston since, ohh, last March or so. It's a new conference center thingy, and he did all the refrigeration and restaurant equipment for the entire building, which is basically huge. So now his bill comes due, and Kraft (the parent company of whoever it is that's doing the conference center, incidentally owned by John Kerry's wife's family) pays for everything that was in the contract, right? However, they changed the deadline on my dad several times, so he had to rack up MASSIVE overtime, on the close order of $50,000. And they ain't paying. My dad's is a small business, and this could very possibly cause him some SERIOUS grief if it doesn't get paid.
