Serious as a heart attack ... by Slamlander 2004-03-09 12:08:02
Is that PRO or Home?
I would investigate your installation, thouroughly.
I have SG on Win2KAS and my laptop is at the same place. Both are maintained at current patch-level religiously. I don't have IE crashes at all unless there is also a network problem. This laptop has been up, continuously, for 10 days straight now (see my diary under Gyrfalcon). One or the other of us is on either or both machines, 16 hours per day. Mostly, running IE, along with other stuff. We don't get crashes.

One thing I've noticed, if you aren't running Win2K in its 'sweet spot' then it gets decidedly grumpy. Then again, I've had the same experience with Linux.
