I use Exchange 5.5 on a W2KAS with McAfee EPolicy suite, and I use appriver.com's spam and virus scanning service. That with a properly configured firewall and I have not gotten hit with any virus' (knock on wood that I don't now jinx myself) or worms since nimda (which happened on my first day at this job)
