Anybody happen to have experience (or comments) on this one : LDW - 411SX It's in a price range I can actually afford, and I want to go external drive, because of not wanting to change the internal dock from the laptop. One completely other I'm so stupid question : how can I make sure the USB-ports I have are in fact USB2 and would provide enough throughput for such an external device. I'd rather go firewire, I reckon, but those devices appear more expensive.
